We do not change the original design of the motor. We find the weak points from the factory, repair them and improve them, so the unit lasts longer.
How we restore
a drive unit

Diagnosis
We analyse every unit to find the root cause of the failure. We run acoustic vibration analysis, electrical insulation testing and a pressure test of the cooling system.
- 02
Repair and improvement
We repair the motor and gearbox, and improve the parts that are weak from the factory:
- Bearings and seals: We replace standard parts with higher-spec parts to keep coolant out.
- Stator & Rotor Restoration: Repairing electrical integrity while maintaining the original manufacturer’s specifications.
- Mechanical adjustment: We calibrate the internal gears and differentials so the unit runs quietly and smoothly.

Final testing
Before any unit leaves our workshop, it undergoes high-load stress testing and thermal monitoring.
Warranty
2 years
or 100,000 km, whichever comes first
Every drive unit repair comes with a warranty of 2 years or 100,000 km, whichever comes first. The warranty comes in addition to your rights under Norwegian consumer law.
